Happy EASTER to all that celebrates. We hope it is a peaceful time with family and friends, a time to connect and reflect on what is truly important. Of course we hope you receive many Easter eggs too!
In Germany it is tradition to decorate at Easter and an important feature is almost always the "Osterbaum" or Easter Tree. The egg is a symbol for life, which is at the core of the true meaning behind Easter celebrations.
Another tradition is hand-painting eggs, the insides of which are blown out by pricking a small hole on either end. Children then gather to paint the eggs. These gatherings happen in school and at home in the weeks and days before Easter. Why not give it a try?
Last week we had an offer for our gift boxes that allowed all clients reading the post to receive a 20% discount on any box combination. Since we had a lot of interest last week we are extending this offer until the end of May. Please note this will be on a first come first serve basis subject to availability. To make sure you get your 20% reduction, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on our Facebook or Instagram pages, links to which can be found on this site via the Homepage.
For those that are new to IKKI, we share here our core values and why buying IKKI is more than just purchasing a product.
At IKKI, giving back is at the core of our business model. It is our aim to give back 10-20% of profits made through our sales to those in need. Ultimately we want to become a one for one. This means that with every purchase made we will gift a further IKKI item to a child in need. The TOMS model inspires us!
We believe that the transparency of our brand and the supply chain are fundamental to creating a good trusting relationship with our customers. We welcome any questions on the standards we adhere to while making our product. These can be emailed to email@example.com. You can also visit our website at www.ikki-online.com where we list the certifications we adhere to. These are both local and international.
We believe in being kind to our earth and leaving it in a good condition for those that come after us. This is why we work with wool, as it is 100% biodegradable. We also believe in being kind to your little ones! It is a proven fact that babies that sleep wool, sleep better than any other fibre (Study University of Sydney).
We encourage our customers to buy less but buy better. We believe if you are paying too little for a product, someone is losing out along the supply chain and corners are being cut. We don't support the notion of fast-fashion. This is why we have also introduced the IKKI for LIFE campaign, which allows you to return IKKI products your child has grown out of granting you a discount of 20% on your next purchase. Products that are still in tact are gifted. We accept all old IKKI products, even if they are not in tact.
LET'S MAKE A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER!
